Tommy Calhoun, 91, of Union City, died Friday, October 2, 2026, at his residence.

Mr. Calhoun was born July 25, 1935, in Troy, Tennessee, to the late Lloyd and Azalee Ryan Calhoun. He worked for Lear Siegler and later retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber. He was a member of New Ebenezer Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
He married Bettye Jane Easterwood Calhoun on August 20, 1955. She preceded him in death on February 11, 2018.
Mr. Calhoun is survived by two daughters and their husbands, Lynette Calhoun Wagster and husband Billy of Martin, and Rhonda Calhoun Daniel and husband Larry “Pug” of Troy; nine grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Mitzi Calhoun-Bowlin; grandson, Chris Bruce; and brothers, Lloyd Everett “Bugs” Calhoun and James Taylor Calhoun.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, October 4, at White-Mahon Funeral Home, 225 West Harper Street in Troy.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, October 5, at White-Mahon Funeral Home, with Bro. Bobby Barnett and Rev. James Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Campground Cemetery in Troy.
Pallbearers will be John Pate, Zack Pate, Larry Joe Daniel, Cody Bruce, Charles Thomas Pate, Bryan Bowlin, Gage Ulmer and Garret Ulmer.
White-Mahon Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
